We also seal the roofs with 2 options.

After cleaned and dried we apply

UV Roof Sealant keeping it reflective,

midew resistant and water resistant so you dont get the runoff down the 4sides

If white rubber roof you can apply a elastomeric roof coating that we roll on a thick roof sealant that you usually get a year plus+ out of. It will clog up any pin holes that can become leaks and save you thousands of dollars if its stopped before it happens. This should be done once a year.
